About the Role
Designation: Performance Marketer, Marketplaces Location: Navi Mumbai (work from office) Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketplace and quick-commerce advertising experience Compensation: INR 11L+ onwards, negotiable based on experience and value add




We're looking for a Performance Marketer who can own marketplace and quick-commerce advertising end to end across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging platforms. This is a client-facing role. You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts and the bridge between the client and RB2F's internal teams, translating business objectives into campaign plans and campaign performance back into business outcomes. You understand that marketplace advertising and quick commerce are different disciplines, that quick commerce is inventory-led and hyperlocal where a bid means nothing if the product isn't in the nearest dark store, and you know how to win share of shelf inside a very small decision window. If you've done this for FMCG brands, even better.
