We are looking for an Operations Executive – Outward to manage the smooth and accurate dispatch of products from the warehouse, ensuring timely order processing, documentation, inventory updates, and coordination with logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily outward and dispatch operations from the warehouse.
Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Verify orders against sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Ensure accurate inventory deduction and system updates after dispatch.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Identify and report shortages, damages, or order discrepancies.
Maintain accurate outward, dispatch, and shipment records.




Prepare daily/weekly outward MIS and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with warehouse and dispatch SOPs.
Required Skills :
Knowledge of Outward Operations, Dispatch & Inventory Management.
Understanding of picking, packing, and shipment processes.
Valuable vendor/logistics coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, BBA, or a related field.
Preferred :
Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or D2C will be preferred.
