About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2.5–3+ years of experience,



preferably within the 3D Animation, Video Production, CGI, or Creative Agency industry.
The primary responsibility of this role is generating new business, converting leads into clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should understand how 3D animation and video production services work and be confident in communicating their value to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, databases, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant 3D animation, CGI, product videos, corporate videos, architectural walkthroughs, and other creative services.
Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing → client handover.
Conduct client calls, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into paying clients.
Prepare proposals, quota
