About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS Implementation projects for enterprise customers. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards while driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation projects from initiation to successful deployment.
Serve as the primary customer-facing project lead and single point of contact for stakeholders.
Drive project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks,



and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, R&D;, Operations, Implementation, Business Analysis, and Customer Success.
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, regulatory, and organizational governance requirements.
Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, customer governance forums, and status reporting.
Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
Drive change management, implementation readiness, and service adoption initiatives.
Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational readiness throughout the lifecycle.
Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, escalation management, and issue resolution activities.
