Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Head – Professional Services from Payments or Fintech world to lead the program management and delivery function across our global services portfolio. This leader will ensure smooth, high-quality, and customer-centric delivery of professional services engagements balancing operational rigor with flexibility and collaboration.

The role demands a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on, able to lead teams, manage complex enterprise programs, and drive alignment across solutions, advisory, and technical functions.

Location: India (North America Portfolio Oversight) – Pune /Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership




- Define and drive the global delivery strategy for professional services, aligning with business and customer success objectives.
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: from scoping and planning to execution, governance, and handover.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks (stage gates, risk & issue management, decision logs, change control) that enable cross-functional alignment without bureaucratic overhead.
- Ensure proactive monitoring and course correction, with transparent executive reporting and forward-looking insights.

2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Senior Project Managers / Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence.
- Drive resource planning, capacity management, and utilization across portfolios to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Coach teams to adopt a solution-partner mindset collabor
