We at Coforge are hiring Salesforce Business Analyst with the following skillset:

Lead Salesforce development projects from conceptualization to implementation
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed and clear requirements
Documentation: Document and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Create and update documentation related to system configurations and customizations.
Salesforce Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce. Identify data migration needs and collaborate with data migration specialists.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans,



ensuring that solutions meet quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams to perform system testing and user acceptance testing.
User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on recent features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Report and Dashboard Creation: Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimize data visibility.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners/managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the CPQ system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Required
Typically 5+ years Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role - Required
