About the Role:
We are looking for an AEO/GEO & CRO Specialist to turn around low-performing client accounts by improving on-page performance, conversion paths, and visibility in AI-driven search surfaces such as AI Overviews and LLM citations.



This role blends hands-on optimization and CRO testing with a forward-looking focus on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and requires someone comfortable auditing, testing, and reporting on a weekly cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page Optimization: Optimize on-page elements with a primary focus on low-performing accounts to lift rankings and engagement.

Keyword Mapping & Generation: Build keyword mapping and generate current keyword opportunities for existing low-performing accounts.

SEO Website Audit Creation: Create SEO website audits identifying gaps holding back performance.

CTA Audits & A/B Testing: Audit CTAs on low-performing accounts and run A/B tests to improve leads and clicks.

AEO/GEO Strategy: Create AEO/GEO strategy to improve site presence in AI Overviews and LLM-driven search.

CRO Audits: Conduct conversion rate optimization audits on key landing pages to identify friction points and improvement opportunitie
