The Charter
The City Sales Head – Chennai is not a lead-generation role. It is a business ownership role. You will be the founder of REPP's Chennai market — fully accountable for building the pipeline, closing high-value developer accounts, and making REPP the default digital transformation partner every reliable developer in the city thinks of first. You report on outcomes, not activity.

This role suits someone who thinks like an entrepreneur running their own P&L; inside REPP — who takes ownership of the full lifecycle from the first conversation with a developer to the renewed, expanded contract three years later,



and who is uncomfortable with anything less than being the most recognised, most trusted digital partner name in Chennai real estate.

Ownership & Mindset We're Hiring For
End-to-end ownership: you own sourcing, pitching, closing, onboarding, and the health of every account in Chennai — not a handoff after signature. If a client is unhappy six months in, that's still your problem to solve.
Builder, not order-taker: you build the city playbook, the target account list, and the outreach engine yourself — you don't wait for leads to be handed to you.
Brand ambassador for REPP: you represent REPP at every industry forum, CREDAI event, developer meet, and closed-door conversation in Chennai. Your reputation and REPP's reputation are the same thing in this city.
