ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to support our Operations, Product, and Finance teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL and Excel skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams with high ownership. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment, engaging with clients and vendors, and being available to support critical operations as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRA)
Data & Reporting: Query, extract, and analyze operational data using SQL and Excel; maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and process trackers on an ongoing basis.
Billing & Reconciliation:



Perform billing reconciliation and invoice generation; ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems and financial records.
Document Handling: Prepare, maintain, and manage operational and client-facing documents with a high standard of accuracy and organization.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for daily operational requirements; track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client queries related to operations; ensure timely responses and a professional communication standard.
Product & Business Logic: Develop a strong understanding of the Credgenics platform, its business logic, and product workflows to support operational decisions and cross-functional alignment.
Issue Tracking & Resolution: Monitor day-to-day product operations, flag anomalies, track issues, and work with the Product team to drive resolution.
