Role Description The Sales Executive role at Montdor Interior Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position located in Goregaon and Thane. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting interior design and turnkey solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales while maintaining robust, long-term client relationships.



The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements and timely project handover. Daily tasks include maintaining sales reports, tracking market trends, participating in promotional activities, and representing the company professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation within interior design, real estate, or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and project solutions clearly.
Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software) and comfort working with digital documents and proposals.
