Position Summary





The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents and students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining 21K School’s programs, and guiding them through the admissions journey.

The role requires excellent communication, consultative selling, active listening, consistent follow-up, and a strong target-oriented approach.

Key stakeholders: Parents/Prospective Students, Admissions Team, Academic Counsellors, Marketing Team, and Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents and students.
Understand parent/student requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
Clearly explain the school’s curriculum, teaching methodology, programs, fee structure, and admissions process.
Conduct counselling sessions and address parent queries and concerns effectively.
