Your Role at Innocean

As a Art Director, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling digital creatives across platforms.



You will work closely with cross-functional creative teams to translate ideas into impactful digital expressions that strengthen brand presence and campaign effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Execution: Design high-quality digital assets including social media creatives, banners, website visuals, emailers, display ads, and basic motion graphics.

Concept Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to bring campaign concepts to life visually.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign narratives.

Design Adaptation: Adapt master creatives across multiple formats, platforms, and responsive devices.

Quality Control: Maintain solid attention to detail, visual consistency, and accuracy across deliverables.

Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers, reviewing work to uphold creative standards.

Education

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
