Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and technically driven BIM Trainees to join our Transportation BIM & Digital Engineering team. The selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on project experience in Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and digital delivery processes supporting major Highway, Rail, Bridge, and Infrastructure projects across the UK, Middle East, and other global regions.
The program is designed to develop future BIM professionals capable of supporting multidisciplinary project delivery, digital engineering workflows, and information management aligned with industry best practices.
Your role
Technical & Project Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit under the guidance of senior engineers and BIM specialists.
Support the preparation of Highway, Rail, and Bridge BIM models and associated engineering deliverables.
Assist in the creation of:
Corridor Models
Alignments & Profiles
Cross Sections
Grading Models
Utility Models
Bridge and Structural Models
Generate drawings, schedules,



quantities, and design outputs from BIM models.
Support model coordination and clash detection activities.
Participate in BIM model reviews and quality assurance processes.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, naming conventions, and data management requirements.
Support Information Management and Common Data Workplace (CDE) processes.
Assist project teams with design updates, revisions, and model maintenance.
