Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training & Development professional to lead end-to-end learning initiatives across TripJack’s Sales, Travel, Product, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of core T&D; experience, with strong and demonstrable expertise in Sales Training as the primary requirement.

Job Responsibilities

Design and lead end-to-end training programs covering sales training, process training, and product training for TripJack's travel, sales, and operations teams.
Prior experience in the travel industry is strongly preferred, with working knowledge of GDS platforms Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre — to ensure training content is technically grounded and relevant.
Develop and deliver product training modules to ensure teams have deep, up-to-date knowledge of TripJack's B2B travel offerings and platform capabilities.
