JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive HR Generalist based in Bengaluru with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and hands-on people management.



In this role, you will be the cultural backbone and talent engine for our expanding teams, owning full-cycle hiring workflows, driving seamless onboarding, and fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented workplace.

This position focuses purely on core people operations, talent attraction, and team retention—without statutory compliance responsibilities. Your primary metrics of success will include Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Quality of Hire, 90-Day Recent Hire Retention, and Employee Engagement Index scores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations across niche technical, engineering, and support profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referral networks.
Candidate Experience & Pipeline Health: Own candidate pipelines, maintain ATS tracking, and execute high-touch pre-boarding enga
