Role Description :

• Collaborate with the marketing/business development team to identify and qualify current client leads in the renewable energy sector.
• Collect and validate technical requirements from customers regarding control and monitoring solutions.
• Analyze customer inquiries and convert them into customized technical solutions using existing company offerings (SCADA, PPC, IoT, PLC).
• Coordinate internally with technical and engineering teams to create accurate cost estimations and solution configurations.
• Ensure the BoM (Bill of Materials)



is technically correct and commercially aligned with company pricing policies.
• Deliver comprehensive technical proposals to the sales team with justifications, assumptions, drawings, and configurations.
• Participate in customer meetings and discussions to provide technical support, address queries, and gather feedback.
• If negotiation is initiated by the customer, support the sales team by revising estimations or modifying solution components without compromising on quality.
• Do not engage in commercial negotiation directly with the customer; support only through revised estimations routed via the sales team.
• Once technical approval is obtained from the client, assist in transitioning the project to the execution or project management team along with all relevant documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity throughout the pre-sales process.
