The Functional Consultant - Dynamics CRM is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with client business requirements. This role partners with clients and internal project teams to analyze business processes, document functional requirements, and deliver scalable CRM solutions that support operational efficiency and business performance.



The position acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system capabilities while supporting requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution configuration, testing, end-user training, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement activities.
