The Prospect
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can lead the design of mission-critical
supply-side experiences, uncover operational insights through research, and create scalable
systems that improve efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction across our partner network.

What You'll Do
● Design operational products at scale: Lead the design of partner-facing and operator-facing experiences across onboarding, scheduling, task management, communication, issue resolution, and daily operations.
● Simplify complex workflows: Transform operational complexity into intuitive, efficient, and mobile-first experiences that support high-frequency usage and real-world constraints.




● Drive research and field immersion: Spend time with partners, operators, and field teams to understand behaviours, pain points, motivations, and workflow bottlenecks through interviews, shadowing, and usability testing.
● Design for diverse user groups: Build experiences optimised for multilingual users, varying levels of digital literacy, and mobile-first environments.
● Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Business teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
● Improve operational efficiency: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to reduce friction, improve onboarding success, increase task completion rates, and streamline partner journeys.
● Build scalable design systems: Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and interaction models that create consistency across supply-side products.
