Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Cyber Security Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Engineer with experience in the cybersecurity domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one leading EDR/XDR or Endpoint Security platform and should be capable of handling technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), product implementation, configuration, deployment, and post-sales technical support.
The candidate should also have a strong willingness to learn and work with advanced cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, NDR, OT Security, Threat Intelligence, and other emerging security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Support
Channel Sales & Partner Management
Work closely with channel partners, distributors, resellers,



and system integrators during customer engagements.
Provide technical pre-sales support to channel partners and assist them in presenting cybersecurity solutions to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POCs in coordination with channel partners.
Support channel partners during solution positioning, customer meetings, and technical discussions.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with channel partners and relevant stakeholders.
Assist channel partners with product onboarding, technical enablement, implementation, and post-sales support.
Coordinate with the sales and channel teams to support business opportunities and deal closures.
Pre-Sales Activities
Deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers and channel partners.
Understand customer security requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
