About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Holidays Sales Manager with robust experience in international holiday sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling CRM leads and customer enquiries, designing customized itineraries, preparing quotations, negotiating with customers, and converting leads into confirmed holiday bookings.
The ideal candidate should have excellent destination knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert CRM-generated leads and holiday enquiries.
Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.




Design customized international holiday itineraries based on customer requirements.
Prepare detailed and competitive travel quotations and proposals.
Explain itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, inclusions, exclusions, and other package details to customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Negotiate effectively with customers and close sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth execution after booking confirmation.
Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with international destinations, hotels, activities, and travel trends.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
