Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, understanding their energy requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
The role involves a combination of field sales, client meetings, lead generation, relationship management, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.




Identify and approach potential customers across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and other segments.
Understand customers' electricity consumption, requirements, budgets, and site conditions.
Conduct preliminary discussions and coordinate site surveys and energy assessments.
Present customized solar and energy solutions based on the customer's requirements.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with the technical and execution teams to ensure accurate communication of project requirements.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals while achieving assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Keep track of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions through the company's CRM/reporting system.
