Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to optimize and enhance an existing Salesforce environment in preparation for a Revenue Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong Salesforce development expertise, hands-on experience with Lightning technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience with CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Salesforce integrations will be highly advantageous.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex Development, including:
Apex Classes
Apex Triggers
Batch Apex
Scheduled Jobs
Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related front-end technologies.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds such as:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience building and optimizing:
Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched Flows)
Lightning Record Pages
Agile Forms
Lightning App Builder
Experience creating Reports and Dashboards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
Ability to optimize platform performance, including:
Apex Performance
Queries/SOQL
Flows
Data Loads
Batch Processing
Large Data Volume (LDV) Handling
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
Good-to-Have Skills
Salesforce CPQ experience.
Experience with Revenue Cloud implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce Development.
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
Salesforce App Builder Certification.
