Role Overview
As Senior Full Stack Engineer (Tech Lead), you'll be the technical anchor of a small, high-density team. You won't just write code — you'll set the architecture that two engineers hired alongside you build within, guard tenant isolation as a platform concern, and still ship production code most of the week at a bar that teaches by example. Your decisions in the first quarter compound for years.

What You'll do
Own the architecture of a strict-TypeScript platform built on hexagonal/clean architecture (~45 domain modules), and evolve it for HIS integrations and AI workloads.
Design the guardrails that make multi-tenant PHI isolation hard to get wrong — tenant-scoped repositories, per-tenant credentials, cache-key discipline — and review every integration against them.
