Accountabilities:
Lead and develop a growing engineering team, improving both development velocity and operational quality.
Establish and maintain effective engineering and operations processes that promote reliability, maintainability, and consistent delivery.
Define and monitor team health indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and support high-performing teams.
Represent the engineering team with customers, internal stakeholders, product engineering groups, operations teams, and external partners.
Ensure teams remain aligned with priorities, milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments.
Oversee managed service operations for customer environments and help ensure service-level agreements are consistently achieved.
