Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused skilled to provide technical support for SmartComm SCADA software deployments across industrial, infrastructure, and utility projects. The role requires deep expertise in SCADA systems, software troubleshooting, industrial communication protocols, and field support. The candidate will work closely with customers, system integrators, project teams, and product engineering teams to ensure reliable system performance and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
SCADA Software Support & Troubleshooting
Provide L1/L2 technical support for SmartComm SCADA applications deployed across multiple customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve complex software issues related to graphics, alarms, trends, dashboards, reports, databases, historian, and application performance.




Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support software upgrades, patches, migrations, and system enhancements.
Industrial Communication & Device Integration
Configure, troubleshoot, and validate communication between SCADA systems and field devices.
Support integration with PLCs, RTUs, gateways, meters, VFDs, protection relays, and third-party systems.
Work with industrial communication protocols such as: Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC UA/DA, BACnet IP/MSTP, IEC 61850, MQTT, SNMP, DNP3
Integrator & Customer Enablement
Act as the technical focal point for System Integrators (ISPs) and implementation partners.
Guide integrators during engineering, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Conduct technical training sessions on SmartComm architecture, configuration, deployment, and best practices.
Review project architectures and provide recommendations for optimal system performance and scalability.
