Key responsibilities
● Roundtable themes and speaker topics — propose the themes for our invite-only roundtables and the subjects we speak on at industry events. This means following what our customers and the wider industry are discussing, recommending topics and formats likely to attract the right audience, and shaping guest and speaker lists with Sales and the Marketing Manager.
● Events and roundtables — run the marketing side of our events and roundtables — planning, delivery on the day, and follow-up afterwards. This covers promotion, invitations and guest lists, and collecting visitor details on site.
● Podcasts — run our podcast programme — set the theme, format and episode plan, identify and invite guests, run the recording to the agreed questions and running order, and see each episode through to publishing and promotion.
● Webinars — run our webinar programme — registration and reminders, the platform and rehearsals, coordinating hosts and speakers, and following up with attendees.
● Customer proof — capture customer testimonials, manage our listings on review sites,



and plan and coordinate our case studies with the internal teams involved.
● Award and speaking opportunities — identify the awards and speaking slots worth entering, keep track of upcoming events across the cities and countries we target, hold the deadlines, and submit our entries.
● Campaigns and social media — run our campaigns from plan to result, and manage day-to-day social media, mainly LinkedIn — the monthly calendar, scheduling and posting, replying to comments and messages, and growing our following in our target sectors.
● Agency coordination — support the Marketing Manager on our agency work — gather inputs from the internal team, keep track of what is in progress, make sure our feedback and approvals go back on time, and flag delays early.
● Event performance records — keep a complete record for every event — what it cost, how many leads we collected, how many Sales qualified, an
