Job Description
- Handle legal and compliance matters for the organisation.
- Advise teams on regulatory requirements and legal risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with telecoms industry laws and regulations.
- Manage disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when needed.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Provide training to teams on legal and compliance topics.
- Stay updated on legal changes affecting the telecoms sector
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in law with at least 20 years of experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry or Tech is highly desirable
- Confidence in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team management experience
