- Oversee daily reservations operations and ensure accurate handling of bookings, amendments, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory across all distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure correct application of rate codes, packages, and promotions in compliance with organizational policies




- Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping teams to support smooth operations
- Handle complex reservations, VIP bookings, and group allocations with professionalism and care
- Assist in training, coaching, and motivating reservation staff to maintain high performance standards and foster a supportive team environment
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and brand compliance
- Prepare duty rosters and support manpower planning to optimize team scheduling
- Act as department-in-charge in the absence of the Reservations Manager, demonstrating decisive leadership
- Support revenue optimization initiatives by upselling rooms and services while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Track pick-up reports, forecasts, and booking trends to provide actionable insights for revenue management
