We're Hiring | Head – Logistics & Warehouse

AVI Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Head – Logistics & Warehouse to lead and strengthen our end-to-end logistics and warehousing operations across India. Candidates who have managed high-volume, multi-location logistics operations with direct deliveries to remote customer/project locations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Lead warehouse and logistics operations across multiple warehouses and locations in multiple states across India
Develop and optimize warehouse and transportation strategies
Manage nationwide dispatch planning, including deliveries to remote and rural locations
Drive inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and optimum inventory levels
Optimize freight and warehouse operating costs
Manage transporters, 3PL partners and warehouse service providers
Strengthen POD compliance, delivery TAT and customer delivery SLAs
Control transit damages, shortages and reverse logistics
Drive ERP/WMS,



MIS dashboards, SOP standardization and process digitization
Build and lead a high-performing Logistics & Warehouse team
Manage logistics budgets, KPIs and overall vertical performance

Candidate Profile
15–20 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing & Supply Chain Management
Minimum 7 years in a leadership role, managing multiple warehouses/locations across multiple states
B.E./B.Tech in Engineering – Mandatory
MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management preferred
Strong experience in warehouse network planning, transportation and 3PL management
Robust commercial, negotiation, cost optimization and analytical skills
Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS and advanced MS Excel
Experience handling dispatches to more than 20000+ project sites and remote/rural locations annually is highly preferred
Prior experience in procurement and sourcing of solar material will be considered an added advantage
