The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating business initiatives from planning through completion. This role partners with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure projects align with organizational goals, remain on schedule and within budget, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized leader who can manage competing priorities, drive accountability, identify risks, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead business projects and initiatives from initiation through completion.
* Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
* Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define objectives, priorities,



and success measures.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
* Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder updates.
* Provide clear and concise project status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
* Track project performance, KPIs, milestones, and business outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
* Support the development and implementation of recent business processes, programs, and initiatives.
* Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and follow-ups are maintained.
