About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to own opportunities from demo to close.
You will receive a strong pipeline from our BD team, partnerships, outbound campaigns, marketing, and founder-led initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to run outstanding demos, understand the customer's requirements, follow up consistently, and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.
While a significant portion of your pipeline will be generated for you, we also expect you to be proactive in generating your own opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and re-engaging older prospects.
This is a hands-on sales role with direct ownership of revenue.
What You'll Do
Conduct product demos with e-commerce brands
Understand the customer's business,
existing tools, pain points, and requirements
Position BotSpace's AI agents and platform based on the customer's use cases
Own opportunities from the first demo through negotiation and closing
Follow up consistently and move deals through the sales pipeline
Handle objections, pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial conversations
Maintain accurate deal stages, next steps, and notes in the CRM
Re-engage stalled and older opportunities
Generate a portion of your own sales pipeline through prospecting and relationships
Work closely with the BD and partnerships teams to improve lead quality and messaging
Coordinate smooth handovers to the onboarding and customer success teams after closing
Share customer feedback and market insights with the product and leadership teams
Continuously improve our demos, sales pitch, objection handling, and closing process
