Key Responsibilities
Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans.
Manage the complete product lifecycle from requirements and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Understand government/client requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and actionable plans.
Lead client meetings, requirement workshops, product demonstrations, reviews, and escalations.
Lead and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.
Manage Jira backlogs, sprint planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and releases.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and modules.




Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and delivery outcomes.
Mentor and develop product and technology teams while ensuring accountability and effective execution.

Required Experience & Skills
6+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of Product Management experience.
Proven experience in developing and managing at least 3 products end-to-end.
2-3+ years of client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
3+ years of hands-on Jira experience in backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
Experience managing technical/cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Roadmapping, Prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and Product Delivery.
Telugu speaking is mandatory; strong English communication is required.
