Key responsibilities
● Product content — writing that explains all VisiLean products and platforms, including product descriptions, the full set of content needed for each launch, and updates about recent features.
● Customer case studies — study our projects with Customer Success, write the interview scripts, and write the story.
● Sales support material — one-page summaries, product sheets, competitor comparison notes and sales email copy for the India, Europe and Germany sales teams.
● Events and roundtables — taglines, session descriptions, web page copy and post-event summaries for our events and roundtables.
● Webinars — propose webinar topics, and write the content for each one — the written material that supports it, presentation scripts and slide text, and follow-up content afterwards.
● Podcasts — draft the interview questions and running order, and write episode descriptions, show notes and promotional copy.
● Social media copy — write the copy for our social media posts, mainly LinkedIn, against the agreed monthly calendar.




● Industry articles and blogs — regular blog posts and longer articles on Lean Construction, the Last Planner System and BIM, including pieces written for our CEO and senior experts to publish under their own names.
● Award and speaking entries — write our submissions for industry awards and our applications for speaking slots.
● Website, search and writing standards — website and landing page copy built around an agreed list of search terms; briefing our agency on content and reviewing its drafts; and looking after our style guide, approved product names and agreed key messages.

What we are looking for
● 4–6 years of professional writing experience for business audiences, with at least 2 years in software, technology or another technical or industrial field. Writing for businesses rather than consumers is essential.
