Position: Systems & Collaboration Engineer

Job Objective
We are looking for a proactive and technically robust Systems & Collaboration Engineer to manage enterprise end-user computing, collaboration platforms, identity management, endpoint security, and workplace technology across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT service delivery by supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Intune, video conferencing solutions, and desktop infrastructure while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Desktop Support
Provide technical support for Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
Perform laptop deployment, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Manage hardware, software, driver, and BIOS-related issues.
Support software installation, upgrades, and system optimization.
Resolve end-user issues within defined service levels.
Google Workspace Administration
Administer Google Workspace user accounts, licenses, and groups.




Manage shared mailboxes and access permissions.
Configure and maintain Google Admin Console settings.
Support Google Drive, Google Meet, and collaboration services.
Implement security policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access controls.
Microsoft 365, Azure & Identity Management
Administer Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.
Manage Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID identities.
Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune device management.
Support Microsoft Defender security features.
Manage Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration services.
Implement Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity security best practices.
Identity & User Lifecycle Management
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
Perform password resets and access management.
Ensure role-based access and security compliance.
Endpoint Management
Enroll and manage
