? About the Role
Greenmax Energy Private Limited is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing solar business in Ahmedabad.
The role involves handling both B2B and B2C sales across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
The candidate will work on company-provided leads as well as generate self-leads through field visits, referrals, networking, customer references, and local market activities.
? Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B & B2C sales for solar energy solutions.
Work on company-provided leads and convert them into successful sales.
Generate self-leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
Identify and approach potential customers across residential, commercial & industrial segments.
Conduct customer meetings and understand their requirements.
Explain solar solutions, benefits, savings, ROI,



pricing, and applicable government subsidy schemes.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessment.
Prepare and present quotations in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up with prospects and drive sales closures.
Negotiate with customers as per company guidelines.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper lead records, CRM updates, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with technical, design, installation, and project teams after sales closure.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referral business.

? What We're Looking For
1–6 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B/B2C sales, business development, relationship management, or lead generation.
Candidates from Solar, Electrical, EPC, Real Estate, Insurance, Telecom, Banking/BFSI, or other sales-driven industries are welcome to apply.
