Role Description The Sales Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India, working closely with retail sales teams across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance product knowledge, customer service,



and sales techniques for jewellery retail. Day-to-day activities include conducting classroom and floor-based training sessions, creating training materials and manuals, and coaching sales staff through role plays and performance feedback. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with store leadership to identify skill gaps, track training effectiveness, and support the implementation of sales best practices and customer engagement standards. The role also involves aligning training content with brand values, seasonal campaigns, and evolving market trends.
