THE ROLE
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Loan Kavach sales team.
You will engage with prospective and existing customers through phone and chat, understand their requirements, explain the product, address questions and objections, and convert qualified leads into customers.
This is a target-driven sales role requiring strong communication, customer-handling, follow-up, and closing skills.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Make outbound calls to qualified leads and introduce Loan Kavach.
Understand customer requirements and explain the product, benefits, pricing, and terms.




Handle customer questions and objections and work towards successful conversion.
Follow up with interested and warm leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales information in the CRM.
Follow defined sales processes and ensure clear, qualified, and transparent customer communication.
Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
Share relevant customer feedback and recurring objections with the team.

WHAT YOU BRING
6 Months–2 Years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Business Development, or a similar sales role.
Strong Hindi and En874149glish communication skills; additional regional languages are a plus.
Good persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and customer communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards sales targets.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Basic familiarity with CRM and call
