The Wellness Shop is a growing D2C wellness and personal care brand focused on delivering innovative, high-quality products to contemporary consumers. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Google Ads who has hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for a D2C or E-commerce brand.

Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Google Ads activities, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with campaign data and focused on improving ROAS, conversions, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & Performance Marketing
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.




Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, and targeting.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale successful campaigns.
Monitor product and conversion performance for D2C/e-commerce campaigns.
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance through Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Support basic Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify performance gaps and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Conduct basic A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
Additional Responsibilities
Support Meta Ads and remarketing campaigns whenever required.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for performance marketing requirements.
