About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Assistant Manager / Business Development Manager – IT Hardware Sales to drive business growth and generate new revenue opportunities through the sale of IT hardware, networking, server, storage, security, and enterprise technology products.
The candidate will be responsible for current business development, enterprise sales, key account management, client relationships, vendor coordination, and end-to-end sales closure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B/enterprise IT hardware sales and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & New Sales
Identify and acquire new business opportunities across enterprise, corporate, SME, and mid-market customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, online channels, and market research.




Sell a wide range of IT hardware and infrastructure products including servers, desktops, laptops, storage, networking equipment, switches, routers, firewalls, UPS, printers, and related accessories.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
2. Enterprise & Account Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Managers, Admin Heads, and key decision-makers.
Manage existing enterprise and corporate accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of IT hardware, networking, security, and infrastructure products.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
3. End-to-End Sales Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement gathering to quotation, negotiation,
