Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced DDR Memory Validation Engineer to drive functional validation, margin testing, and post-silicon debugging of DDR subsystems on next-generation platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR4/LPDDR5 technologies, validation methodologies, Python-based automation, and hardware debugging tools.
The role involves working closely with silicon, BIOS, firmware, and platform teams to ensure robust feature validation, root-cause complex issues, and drive product quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute validation plans for DDR controller and memory subsystem features.
Define and implement validation strategies for RAS (Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability) features.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Silicon, BIOS, Firmware, and Platform Engineering teams.
Perform functional, stress, and margin testing on DDR and other HSIO interfaces.
Drive post-silicon bring-up, validation, and debugging activities.
Root-cause system-level and silicon-level issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop Python-based automation frameworks, validation scripts, and debug utilities.
Analyze test results, identify performance and functional bottlenecks, and provide detailed debug reports.
Execute validation using industry-standard lab equipment and hardware analyzers.
Support multiple projects in a energetic and fast-paced environment.
