Job Description:
We are looking for Business Analysts who will be analyzing customers’ challenges & requirements, and configuring our product to solve challenges and deliver on the requirements. Your goal will be to create value for our customers using our product.



You will be working with a team of engineers and project managers to plan and deliver the features of our product.

Who We're Seeking:
Tech Savvy: Worked in IT companies focusing on SaaS or product-based solutions. Familiarity with Business Software, Database Management and SQL is preferred.

Retail Know-How: Candidates experienced in retail or a specialization in supply chain management or retail management.

QA/BA Experience: Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Business Analysis, especially with ERP systems. (2-3 years preferred, up to 4 years max).

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities is a key requirement.
