Role - Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize robust Java-based applications.
Lead the end-to-end SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to scalable, resilient, and maintainable system architecture.
Ensure code quality, application performance, security,



and data protection standards.
Collaborate with QA, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and manage risks.
Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
Maintain application/system documentation and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong Java development experience with enterprise frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
Strong knowledge of OOP, REST APIs, microservices, and AWS.
Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Amazon RDS.
Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Maven, DevOps, and dependency management.
Experience with automation tools and AI assistants; understanding of generative AI workflows.

Experience
Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
6–10 years of skilled software development experience.
Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems.
