Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.



The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable residential or industrial properties within Vistara Group’s portfolio. The executive will prepare and negotiate offers, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, and construction), and ensure timely completion of documentation and post-sale support. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying updated on local market trends and regulations, and representing the company professionally at events and client meetings.
