Why This Role Matters
The Manager – Business Growth will own the P&L; outcomes of a portfolio of consumer businesses. This is a high-ownership growth role — not Account Management or Customer Success under a different title. The mandate is to understand what will move the business forward, identify the highest-impact growth opportunities, build the plan, and drive execution across internal teams until the impact is visible in the numbers. Success in this role requires commercial judgment, analytical rigor,



execution discipline, and robust fluency with AI tools — all four working together to drive measurable business growth.

What You'll Own
Growth Planning
Build and own a 90-day growth plan for each business you manage, grounded in its P&L; drivers and unit economics.
Turn data into a small set of prioritised growth bets, not a long list of ideas.
Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, AOV, retention, and monetisation.
Performance Management
Review business performance weekly and correct course inside the week, not at the next business review.
Catch problems early — slowing growth, weak conversion, rising acquisition costs, margin pressure, or execution bottlenecks — before they show up as a missed number.
Track outcomes and business impact, not just activity.
Execution & Stakeholder Management
Drive execution across relevant internal teams; owning the plan means owning the follow-through
