About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator Intern to support our Business Development and Bid Management activities across the Indian and European markets.
In this role, you will work closely with our business, sales, technical, finance, legal, and management teams to identify relevant business opportunities, evaluate tender requirements, coordinate bid responses, and ensure high-quality submissions are completed accurately and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender & Chance Management
Identify and track relevant government, public-sector, and private-sector tenders across India and Europe.




Monitor procurement portals and other relevant sources for new business opportunities.
Review and assess RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, tenders, and procurement documents.
Prepare concise opportunity summaries highlighting scope, eligibility, timelines, commercial requirements, and key risks.
Support bid qualification and Go/No-Go assessments.
Bid & Proposal Coordination
Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, finance, legal, sales, and management teams.
Maintain bid calendars, submission deadlines, checklists, action trackers, and status reports.
Support the preparation of:
Technical proposals
Commercial proposals
Company profiles and capability statements
Compliance matrices
Eligibility and qualification documents
Past-performance and project references
CVs and team profiles
Partner, consortium, and subcontractor documentation
Ensure all mandatory requirements, forms, declarations, and supporting documents are addressed before submission.
