Job description
The Role

Responsible for managing and growing key State Government & commercial accounts in East region, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Hitachi's diverse product and service portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas for assigned commercial clients.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships,



acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
* Identify and understand client needs and challenges, proactively proposing Hitachi solutions that deliver value and address business objectives.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product development, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
* Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify current business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipelines, and account information within the CRM system.
