About the role

Manufacturing engineer is responsible for preparing the process sheets, tool design, establish overall strategic goals & objectives of Manufacturing Engineering in alignment with organizational goals.




This role will be an individual contributor, which reports to MGR I MFG & Process development engineer.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for...

Analyzing recent technologies and manufacturing processes, and planning and assessing the feasibility of new and ongoing projects.
Ensuring effective interfaces between Production, Production Planning, Engineering, QC, and other functions.
Planning, designing, and monitoring manufacturing improvement processes using work study techniques.
Ensuring day-to-day accountability and supporting the Production team in achieving targets through process improvements, training, FAI, etc.
Developing new processes and creating all process documents, including PFC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs, by understanding the depth of product requirements.
Managing vendors, programming, installing, and commissioning new equipment, and coordinating with
