Role Description The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Othakadai. The representative will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear information on product options, pricing, order status, and customization details.



Responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer records, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and resolving issues related to deliveries, product quality, and billing. The role involves explaining the differences between the John Jr. and iKUKA product lines, guiding customers to the best solutions for their branding and budget needs. The representative will also gather customer feedback, support after-sales service, and contribute to a positive, efficient front-office environment.
Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and a professional, empathetic approach to client interactions.
Basic sales and order-processing skills, with the ability to explain product features, guide customers through selections, and accurately enter and track orders.
