Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues. Manage AWS cloud environments, including EC2 and S3. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V environments. Execute patch management using Microsoft Defender and Manage Engine Desktop Central. Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup & Replication.



Monitor infrastructure using Manage Engine Site24x7 and Net Flow Analyzer. Administer Cisco Meraki networking, including switching, VLANs, and security policies. Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Defender environments. Perform infrastructure health checks, performance optimization, and security hardening Required Skills
AWS (EC2, S3) Windows Server Administration Active Directory VMware / Hyper-V Cisco Meraki (Switching & VLANs) Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, Defender Veeam Backup & Replication Manage Engine Desktop Central, Site24x7, Net Flow Analyzer Patch Management ITSM and ISO 27001 knowledge Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
