Role Description The Co-Founder at Ruchs™ will play a central role in shaping the company’s strategy, operations, and growth in the sustainable fashion and fashion-tech space. This full-time, on-site position in Gurugram involves driving business development, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and building strategic partnerships with retailers, technology partners, and investors. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product and collection strategy,



oversee research into market trends and customer insights, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, representing the brand at events and meetings, refining operational processes, and contributing to fundraising and financial planning. The role requires a hands-on approach, solid ownership, and a passion for sustainability and innovation in the fashion industry.
